Ga-Rankuwa Campus is one of the Gauteng College of Nursing (GCON) Campuses.
The Campus is situated within the Dr. George Mukhari Academic Hospital premises, sharing a fence with the Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU) and is 30 km North of Pretoria Town.
The campus started offering training in 1972 when then the Ga-Rankuwa Nursing College was approved by South African Nursing Council (SANC).
In 1985 Ga-Rankuwa Nursing College was declared autonomous and affiliated to SMU for moderation and quality assurance of some programmes offered.
In 2019, with the establishment of a single provincial nursing college, the Ga-Rankuwa Nursing College became a campus of the Gauteng College of Nursing.
